The refurbishment and extension of the existing Goold and Lecetto Buildings designed by FJMT, is now complete representing Stage 1 of the Master Plan for St Augustines College. The works formed part of a Complying Development under the Education SEPP allowing a much-reduced programme for the project. APG provided Project Management Services for a 4-storey refurbishment and extension of an existing education block with the new building including; art rooms, auditorium, music classrooms, multifunctional spaces, general learning areas and a rooftop library with outdoor garden and learning space. The focus for the project delivery was to ensure minimal impact on the student’s and staff day to day environment, including programming potential high impact activities in school holidays and out of school hours. The College has been educating boys for over 60 years, teaching the values of “Truth, Love and Community”, and is committed to the academic, spiritual, physical, social and emotional development of the whole student.
