APG have been engaged by Vicinity Centres to manage numerous projects across multiple shopping centres state wide. This includes the iconic QVB Building and The Strand Arcade where APG have recently completed the refurbishment of the centre’s base building facilities. Projects include, amenities upgrades, transport replacements, services upgrades and mall embellishment works.
