Strathpine Shopping Centre is located on Brisbane’s northside. The centre has over 140 specialty stores, 4 major retailers and 4 mini majors. The Strathpine Centre brings in over 5.4 million customers annually and is an entertainment epicentre for the area featuring a cinema, bowling alley and arcade. APG provided project management services and tenancy coordination services for the new dining precinct project which included enhancing the street presence and appeal from Gympie Road via an embellished entry statement over two levels. The works have improved connectivity between the levels and activated food and beverage offerings in a new landscaped environment with the addition of the eat and play precincts.

APG also completed the chiller upgrade for the centre in two stages resulting in a new centralised chilled water system for the centre.
