APG were engaged by Sydney Catholic Schools to manage all aspects of refurbishment, construction, expansion and development of existing buildings/areas within the St Joseph’s Primary School, Riverwood including, but not limited to, managing compliance with SCS policies, procedures and template, design development, authority, procurement, cost, programme, risk, safety, contract and scope management. The works were completed in a live school environment with minimal disruptions to operations, where safety and stakeholder management were paramount.

This scope of works was undertaken as part of a master plan for the school completed through various stages/gateways across several years to accommodate additional streams for students.
