APG were engaged by Sydney Catholic Schools to manage all aspects of the refurbishment (including Heritage impacts on particular buildings on the site), construction, and expansion and development of existing buildings and areas within the St Francis Xavier Primary School, Arncliffe site. APG’s roles and responsibilities included managing compliance with SCS policies, procedures and template, design, authority, procurement, cost, programme, risk, safety, contract and scope management. The project was undertaken in a live school environment with minimal disruptions to operations, where safety and stakeholder management were paramount.
These works were part of a larger master plan for the school site completed through various stages/gateways across several years to accommodate additional streams for students. This included the acquisition of adjoining and neighbouring properties which were developed as part of the masterplan.
