APG were engaged by repeat client Poly to provide superintendent services for the redevelopment of the former Bankstown RSL Club featuring over 500 apartments and mixed-use commercial and retail across 5 towers in the heart of Bankstown. Spring Square adjoin the newly rebuilt Bankstown RSL and features a variety of outdoor community spaces, hospitality precincts and on completion will be the area’s latest and greatest premises, dining and entertainment precinct. In addition to superintendent services APG were engaged to manage the close out all pre-settlement defects to ensure the smooth transition for new owners occupying the residences.
