APG have been appointed by a longstanding client to manage the redevelopment of their Northern Beaches estate. Maintaining the structure of the 4-storey luxury residential home where possible, the Alexander & Co design includes a complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of internal spaces, high quality finishes and inclusions throughout along with a new underground tunnel and lift. The project involves the construction of a new wharf, slipway and seawall.
