APG were appointed by the ownership group as superintendent to deliver the construction of Osborn House, a lavish space in the depths of the Southern Highlands catering to the upper echelon of Sydney’s hospitality market.

Originally acquired as a tired, health retreat, the project saw the transformation of the property into a private sanctuary featuring nine grand rooms curated by Mac Design Studio, 8 eight private cabins, a day spa, gym, Bistrot, restaurant and custom-built bar.

Overcoming key challenges and risks, such as the remote nature of the property and stringent access, Osborn House opened for trade in March 2022, now hosting a range of events including weddings, live music and the ‘insta famous’ ‘Osborn House Fire Feast’ where guests are invited every Sunday afternoon to dine on traditional Argentinian barbecue curated by chef Segundo Farrell.

Since opening, Osborn House has seen great success, with the ownership having approached APG to successfully deliver Stage 2 of the development which entailed the construction of eight more luxury cabins to the rear of the property.
