Our state teams are currently assisting the internal development managers across 3 significant new build projects for IRT. The projects are part of a large-scale strategy to deliver Senior Living and Aged Care accommodation including hundreds of new Independent Living Units (ILUs), Villas, and Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) places in state-of-the-art facilities to the residents of the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions on the South Coast of NSW. The Masterplanned projects are in the early phases of development and encompass provision for retail spaces, Allied Health Services, childcare facilities, and a Clubhouse space for residents. APG are proud to be involved with such transformational projects that will provide much needed services to the region.
