APG were engaged by Elanor Investors to deliver the fabulous speculative suite fitout on level 2 of their 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont asset. APG had a fantastic experience working alongside Elanor Investors from the beginning of the project’s concept phase, working alongside IA Design, all the way through to the delivery phase of the project. Following the success of the level 2 suite the client invited APG to complete further work within the building, including speculative fitouts and tenancy upgrades for levels 1 & 3 plus their Café tenancy within the Harris St asset.
