APG were appointed by Aware Real Estate Management to manage upgrades to Dickson Village, their new Build to Rent asset in the ACT. The project incorporated upgrades to facilities and the creation of a dynamic community terrace featuring a dog park, an entertaining barbecue area, and an outdoor cinema. Additionally, the project included the design, tender, and construction of high-end resident communal facilities located below the apartments. The project has recently reached practical completion with the APG team thrilled to be able to attend the grand opening event to celebrate the project with the residents and project team.
