APG are currently engaged as the project manager for the refurbishment and alterations & additions for our repeat client Solotel’s Carousel Inn, located in Rooty Hill. The Carousel Inn comprises a bistro, lounge bar, sports bar, outdoor courtyard, gaming room, bottle shop, function facilities and a children’s play area, it also provides abundant car parking on site. The new scheme includes an extensive internal refurbishment including new bistro and bar, sports bar, beer garden and a new function space with proposed kitchen and bar. In addition to this there is an external extension to the entrance façade with new terraces and signage, as well as associated landscaping and amenities improvements.

• Stage 1 was completed in November 2024 which comprised of the new sports bar and gaming amenities.
• Stage 2 is well underway which will provide brand new amenities for the whole pub.
• Stage 3 will follow this with the remaining external DA works (terraces, kids play area, signage, beer garden) and internal bars, kitchens and indoor and outdoor dining areas.
