APG are currently engaged as the project manager for the refurbishment and expansion of the Solotel Group’s “Carousel Inn” in Sydney’s Rooty Hill. The Carousel Inn comprises a bistro, lounge bar, sports bar, outdoor courtyard, gaming room, bottle shop, function facilities and a children’s play area, and provides car parking on site. The new scheme includes an extensive internal refurbishment including a new function space with proposed warming kitchen/bar, a drive thru bottle shop. In addition to this there is an external extension to the beer garden space inclusive of a new children’s play area and associated landscaping and amenities improvements.
