APG have been appointed to manage numerous minor works projects for our repeat client, MEC Global Partners, at the 575 Bourke Street asset. Located in the CBD’s western core, the building features 15 storeys of office space, along with a lobby and end of trip facilities that have been renovated in recent years. The building has achieved a 5-star NABERS Energy rating and a 6-star NABERS Water rating, a testament to MEC Global Partner’s dedication to sustainability and their ESG framework and strategy.

APG has been appointed to manage various capex works, tenancy make goods, spec suite fit-outs and common area upgrades at the building over the past few years. All of the works have been completed within a live, operating environment with minimal disruption to tenants, visitors and operations staff.
