ISPT engaged APG to assist in the remediation of ACP at 50 Lonsdale Street. The building, located at Spring Place, comprises 33 levels of office accommodation with EOT facilities and a 5-level basement carpark. Duratec was appointed as the lead contractor responsible for the full replacement of all identified ACP. It was essential that the site remained fully occupied and live throughout the works, and therefore, it was crucial to carefully mitigate any disruption to the aesthetics, local environment, and occupant use of the building throughout the project. This project has now been completed.
