APG has been engaged by repeat client Elanor Investors Group to project manage their speculative suite fit outs at their 215 Adelaide Street asset. The project involved a full floor, turnkey fit-out of the existing warm shell to create contemporary office tenancy that will appeal to prospective tenants. APGs role on the project commenced with the development of the complete design and construct tender strategy, followed by the management of the Contractors design obligations, and ultimately the management of the construction works. The project has successfully reached PC and has been delivered within the tight timeline and to the client’s budget.
