APG were engaged to deliver a number of landlord work packages across multiple levels and tenancies within 191 Salmon St, an office building located at Port Melbourne. Our packaged including the upgrade of five bathrooms on Level 2, internal and external wayfinding signage and ~ 4,000m2 of ground floor tenancy defit/make good. APG are currently managing the design, tendering and construction phases of these packages in close collaboration with Altis asset management team.
