APG provided project management services for refurbishment works at 157 Ann Street, Brisbane. The project incorporated the transformation of the ground floor lobby, lift finishes upgrades and renovation & expansion of the end of trip facility. In addition, many of the floors received new finishes and base building amenities upgrades.

Our role included the management of the design, tender and construction delivery of the building upgrade. During the project additional works were required to the façade including the replacement of ACP cladding panels to the ground floor, entry and carpark areas which were all managed alongside the main project works.
