Abacus have appointed APG to project manage the façade rectification works across the property which consists of an eight-level heritage façade office building and interconnecting 30 level office tower. APG were engaged to manage the design to Development Approval, Design and Construct tender and to manage contractor procurement and then acted as superintendent for the construction project through to completion. The project involved significant stakeholder engagement from engagement with the City of Sydney Heritage team for authority approvals through to the coordination of site logistics with neighbouring property construction projects while maintaining open pedestrian zones in both Pitt Street and Angle Place frontages.
