APG were engaged by our valued repeat client The GPT Group to project manage the removal and replacement of the external combustible aluminium composite panel cladding (ACP) at 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane. In total, 3,872m2 of ACP was replaced from level 7 to roof level, with the full quantity being recycled. APG also oversaw the replacement of 1,080m2 of the feature column stone cladding. The removed Corian stone was repurposed and re-used on other projects and replaced with 594 panels of DEKTON engineered stone. It was the first time in Australia the 12mm DEKTON stone had been used with a proprietary subframe system to deliver an entirely mechanically fixed system. The project was successfully delivered ahead of time.
