With APG working as Project Manager for Charter Hall at the Bass Hill Plaza Redevelopment, a significant milestone has been achieved with the opening of major tenant ALDI. The existing ALDI store footprint was expanded and refurbished and trading commenced 2 months ahead of the original forecast. The Shopping Centre and Charter Hall are looking forward to the increased footfall forecast due to the opening. In addition, the Principal Contractor completed integrated fitout works to Anytime Fitness which also opened in August 2020. With ongoing base build and tenancy fitout works being completed, the project is set on improving the services, convenience and lifestyle retail mix of Bass Hill Plaza.
