Rendezvous Melbourne was built in 1913 and is considered one of Australia’s most historic hotels. This heritage-listed building is located on Flinders Street overlooking the Yarra River. The hotel’s operator, TFE Hotels has engaged APG to project manage a number of rectification works across the asset. Improvement works include the end-to-end management of the complex façade works, along with refurbishment and upgrade works to address internal basement structural and waterproofing issues.
