Our Victorian team recently worked with our valued repeat client, Vicinity Centres, at the DFO precinct at the Essendon Airport Business Park. We were engaged to manage the early contractor involvement to undertake an inspection of the existing facade. Our appointment includes design and consultant management, management of approvals processes and the tender and construction related activities through to handover. All these works are being managed within a live, operating environment, and have been through a bespoke approval process set by the Airport Authority.
