APG has been appointed by Mecwacare to provide super intendent services for their new Simon Price Centre in Mont Albert. This new aged care residence replaces their former aged care facility with contemporary design. The facility doubles the previous facility’s capacity to accommodate up to 100 rooms with ensuites, including a variety of public and retail spaces consisting of state-of-the-art hospitality services, a cinema, lavish private dining areas, library, and wellbeing salon. APG were engaged in the construction close-out phase to manage the defects and all construction administration items diligently.
