APG were engaged by Lendlease to assist with the upgrade of one of their industrial office and warehouse sites in preparation for the site’s new tenant and the specific needs of their business. The project involves the management of the construction phase consisting of unique civil, structural and fire design upgrades along with facility embellishment works.
