Expenditure works and upgrades to several of their properties in Melbourne’s CBD. APG were engaged to manage a series of investigation processes to identify the extent of combustible cladding on the asset at 530 Collins Street. APG then proceeded to deliver the construction phase and replacement of the cladding.
