APG were appointed by our repeat client Abacus Property to project manage the repositioning works at the Fortitude Valley office towers. The project involved the refurbishment works to enhance the lobby experience and provide the amenity expected for today’s tenants. The works included relocating the FIP cupboard to open the space within the lobby, refurbishment of the lobby finishes and furniture, amendments to the shopfront of the existing ground floor café to allow for direct connection with the lobby.
