APG were lucky enough to get the Brisbane and Sydney teams together (our Victoria team was sadly in lock down) for a workshop with our long-standing leadership coach Jill Arkell from The Ripple Effect to co create APG’s strategic journey.

Through a mix of high energy and engaging creative activities, our team painted the picture of where the business is at today and co-created the collective Vision of future success, connecting this to our own personal growth opportunities to close out the workshop. We then celebrated a successful and rewarding day with a well deserved lunch – the first with the two offices since the start of COVID.
