APG have worked closely with The GPT Group and the Design Team to develop the Skygarden project as part of the Riverside Precinct on Eagle Street in Brisbane’s Golden Triangle. The commercial tower design includes approximately 35,000m2 of premium grade NLA, extensive landscaping and planters, ground plane and riverwalk retail activation. The project is targeting a 6-Star Green Star Rating and has received Development Approval.
