APG are proud to be working with our client, BaptistCare on the Caloola Residential Aged Care Facility in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The scheme involves the construction of a new 80 Bed Residential Aged Care Facility which will enhance the services already offered on the site. The ‘main street’ concept is included in the design which will have destination activities for residents and their families. We will be providing project management and superintendency services on the development, taking on the responsibility for coordination of planning, design and delivery phases.
