APG were proud to be asked by longstanding repeat client to manage their workplace and family offices project in the Hudson House building on Macquarie Street. The stylish premises designed by Siren Design, features an apartment style family zone, a large boardroom with stunning Sydney views, a large collaboration and communal area and a work zone providing a variety of accommodation styles. The agile and unique design provides a flexible, connected and welcoming space with the design reflecting the rural roots of the business and family. APG were recently engaged to manage significant rectification works in the Macquarie street offices following a flooding event. APG worked to an extremely tight time frame to minimise disruption to the client and get them rehoused in their office as soon as possible.
