The design of North draws its inspiration from the leafy surroundings with abundant glazing, high ceilings and northern aspect filling the spaces with light and natural ventilation.  Living areas connect with private, view filled balconies. Landscaped communal areas on the rooftops & ground floor provide alfresco dining spaces equipped with BBQ’s and a community garden complete with worm farm at ground level.

The project was challenging from an authorities perspective as consultation with two councils was required to obtain approvals. During construction, the builder also met excavation challenges with the site situated on a sandstone bed.

The project team was able to deliver a high-quality result that will create lasting value for both owner occupiers and investors for the long term.
