APG have been managing projects for St Augustine’s college since 2013. This has included various refurbishments and new build projects supporting the growth of the college. This has included general learning areas, library, art and music rooms, plus associated operational facilities. Most recently APG managed the DA for an increase in student numbers. This included the design and construction of two on grade carparks to alleviate pressure on street parking in the neighbourhood. The work was undertaken with careful consideration of the following items; Council stormwater regulations, operating in a live school environment, sensitive neighbours, and long-term use.
