APG provided both project management and tenancy coordination services to 5 Martin Place and through a philosophy of engagement and collaboration, positively energized the stakeholder group to bring the project to successful completion.

This unique building with its sandstone base remains a monument to Martin Place’s long-standing cultural and commercial weight. The context of its historical significance is now thoroughly woven into the new retail tenancies with Suit Supply positioned on the mezzanine with its heritage balcony overlooking the other tenancies. An interesting example of adaptive reuse is found in the original bank vault situated below the COS store which now provides office space and back of house facilities.
