APG was appointed as Project Manager for Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital’s award-winning multi-storey car park redevelopment. The new carpark has increased the hospital’s parking capacity to over 550 spaces and was designed to improve the connectivity with the hospital and allow easier and more convenient access for patients and visitors. Detailed stakeholder engagement and management ensured minimal interruption to access to the hospital during construction.
